GIFT CARD CONDITIONS AND USE:

  • Gift card sales are final. Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
  • Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Gift cards can be used to purchase just about anything the DC Improv offers at the venue, including tickets, comedy classes, food and beverages.
  • To use a gift card to pay for tickets or comedy classes, go through the normal ordering process at dcimprov.com, and enter the gift card number at checkout.
  • To use a gift card for food or drink while at the DC Improv, provide your server with a printout showing your gift card number.
  • If you experience any difficulties using your gift card, call 202-296-7008.
